what size collar does my pup need?
Our collars are sized by the inch and a comfortable fit is definitely important to keep them happy. You can refer to our Measurement Guide to size your pup at home to order online or before an event where you may not be able to bring pets with you.

are the collars sturdy?
YES! As a pittie parent (especially one with a teething puppy), safety is my number one concern.
While acrylic beads could definitely get chewed up by a determined dog, ensuring your pup’s collar fits just right will prevent them from being able to get their teeth on it. The braided cable is very tough and it’s coated in vinyl to ensure it won’t pull out fur or poke any necks – and keeps the beads in place so they don’t go flying everywhere.
which closure type should i choose?
Closure type definitely depends on your pup.
Our default closures are ABS breakaway buckles. These heavy-duty plastic buckles are designed to separate if a lot of pressure is applied to them. While that means a pup who’s prone to pulling couldn’t have their leash attached to a collar with a breakaway buckle, it also means they won’t get hung up and choked during their zoomies.
Rougher pups may do better with an O-ring, which can withstand leash pressure, pulling, and are harder for playful pups to slip out of.
my collar doesn’t fit! what can i do?
If your pup’s collar doesn’t fit, we’re happy to exchange collars in good condition for a different size.
You can bring your collar to us in person at any event and exchange in person. Check out upcoming events on our event calendar.
To initiate an exchange by mail, email us at [email protected]. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. You will not be charged for shipping the new size collar to you.
my pup’s neck size changed. can you adjust the collar?
We’re happy to make adjustments to your pup’s collar at in-person events or in Tulsa!
Your first adjustment (any decrease or an increase of up to 3 beads) is free of charge. Bring your collar (and pup if you don’t want to measure beforehand) to any of our in-person events or email [email protected] to schedule an adjustment.

Increases over 3 beads or additional adjustments cost a flat fee of $5.
can i order a custom collar?
At this time, we only offer adding your pup’s name to the collar in our online store.
If you’re interested in designing your own collar for your pup, please attend one of our dog-friendly events. We will have our DIY collar bar set up at every event pets are welcome to attend!

how do i tell you which name is for which collar?
If you’re ordering more than one collar and want to add your pups’ names to them, tell us which name belongs with which collar in the order notes box on the checkout screen.
If we aren’t sure which names goes where based on your note (or you forget!), we will email you to confirm.
i live in tulsa. can i schedule a local pickup?
Of course! Local pickup is an available among the shipping options for your order. Just choose local pickup when you checkout.
We will reach out by email to coordinate local pickup or delivery when the order has been fulfilled!
i’m not in tulsa. can i schedule a pickup at an event?
Absolutely! Choose local pickup as your shipping method during checkout. You can leave an order note to let us know which at event you’d like to pickup your order.
Don’t worry if you forget! We will send an email to schedule pickup when your order is fulfilled.
